  Basic customer care is terrible. They've had my iPod for 8 weeks. In that time I've phoned 4 times and been told each time that the repair electrician will ring me back. He hasn't, and my mobile will log attempted calls. Surprised to be told today on calling into the store on the off chance that the iPod dock was not only there but had been fixed. It doesn't. The dock connector "was replaced". It wasn't. Feel rather insulted. Profuse apologies from them but that's not enough sorry.
